I finished 4 more Danbury building for my Danbury Building in Watercolor project. I also shared a few work in progress sketches from batch 3 as well as the original 6 I finished last month. I’m going to move on to restaurants after historic building. Who do you think I should include (besides TKs, shown above)?
Showcasing all 3 trophies in front of City Hall after the parade was a sight to behold. Nobody had done it yet until the Knicks. They didn’t want to raise a Cup banner and just like upon winning the ECF, emotions were tempered with a “work to do” attitude. Now that the work has been done, it feels like we can finally really celebrate both. It’s like winning 1.25 championships or something. I hope they raise all 3 banners this year
Part of my series of paintings dedicated to great Pizzerias in Watercolor. For the past several years I’ve been seeking out and painting all the best pizzerias (and in this case, pizzas) to paint. I recently signed a book deal with a local publisher and will be releasing a title about 50 great CT pizzerias in May of ‘27.
