But I need to add my wife to my insurance but keep getting this message when changing status : To update your marital status you must complete a newly eligible enrollment, Annual Enrollment, or election change event session.

Most puzzling is my cortisol from 11am on this blood panel was low (6.6) and my cortisol to dhea ratio is bad too at 0.2. I improve my hen stressed or sleep deprived. Is that common in hashimotos? Thanks

Been working as personal shopper at Sam’s a few months and I don’t wanna do it anymore. Wanna go overnights at Walmart but if I apply and get accepted how can I leave Sam’s full time with no one to replace me yet if Walmart needs me to start immediately
I think it comes from the constant nervous system activation all day but I fall asleep and wake up anxious soon after since starting. Been at it 2 months and this is wearing on me, I need rest for how physical a job it is. Any advice? I’ve tried melatonin and magnesium glycinate and my normal sleep schedule aligns with my shifts fine

So I’ve had hashimoto symptoms. Most apparent thing is I had horrible gallbladder cholesterol polyps that needed me to have my gallbladder removed. 27 female. Tsh is not bad out of range but still with the polyps and everything else I feel I am right. My doctor ordered a thyroid antibody test and 7020 thyroid panel and basically called and was like you’re fine! But I’m not??? And I can’t even tell he tested me for thyroid antibodies on here. Nor do I think the thyroid panel was thorough. Thoughts?
So for my job I work in a very busy Costco as a
personal shopper. I wear aura 3m all day. People are always coughing I work with and I maneuver through crowds all day. and like I said I have a good mask.
Lately wearing that mask 8 hours in a crowded store has been irritating as the job itself. I asked to transfer to carts but I don’t wanna wear my mask when doing carts. Way too hot right now. Only if I go inside. I know outdoor is a risk for transmission but less than indoor crowds with aura? I don’t know. help me decide please and fast the job transfer won’t be on the table long
So lately personal shopper role has had a lot of call outs and the stress of always being behind has become too much. Plus maneuvering through people.I’m always in an activated nervous system state. I’ve only been at it a few months and I like the job but I can’t imagine doing this come Christmas time. They’re already calling me on days off. I wanna move to Walmart and do overnight stocking because I expect they’ll never transfer me within Sam’s because they NEED people in personal shopping. What would you recommend me doing to be cohesive move to overnight stocker at Walmart? Thanks
Hello I would be interested in becoming an eastern orthodox Christian along with my wife. The problem is she is very ill and we do not want to risk her health as she has a weak immune system and getting her sick is a high risk so we work from home and avoid public as much as possible. Is there any options for us? I feel guilty not risking her health for God but I like to think he would understand but I am unsure. It’s a very tough spot and advice is appreciated.
