I just got approved for disability for the 4 weeks before my childbirth (took a month+ to get approved) But I was under the impression I get 4 weeks (paid after the first 7 days) before child birth and 6-8 weeks after (based on V delivery or C section). Do I need to submit a new claim? Or how do I supply EDD that I’ve given birth? Is there a form I need to fill out? My inbox hasn’t sent me a letter saying how I can provide documentation for the 6-8 weeks after the birth. Thanks in advance!

I am due in August but I have a couple friend ( mainly husbands friend) that have decided they are done having kids and gave me everything they had. From stroller, playpens, clothes, shoes, everything and anything on earth. They also made the time to come to our baby shower which was a bit out of their way. I wanted to show them a token of appreciation, of course I’m going to send them a card but I thought maybe I could send a gift card or something to say thank you for the generosity. Any suggestions or ideas. They do have a lot of stuff so I know it’s not something they planned on keeping anyway, but thanks to them I don’t need to buy anything for our first born. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 🙏

My husband and I had our babymoon this weekend and since pregnancy we’ve had sex once every 2-3 weeks. I’m now 27 weeks and last night we had sex, been maybe slightly longer than 3 weeks I started bleeding after we finished. During the night maybe it was discharge that got mixed with blood but it came out again. And now in the morning I’m getting small spotting/ leakage. Nothing hurts, I can feel the baby kick and we plan on going to the ER in 2-3 hours, we are just a bit far away from my OB So we are cutting this short and going home now. Any one who has had this experience while I go crazy for the next 2-3 hours? Tysm!
