WIP need help - trying to do something a bit different with my black orcs

I want to make it look like the armour is glowing from inside. Like it’s demonic maybe. Does this start to sell this idea and what would you do to make it better? This is a play piece not a display one, but happy to put the extra effort in :)

Should I keep the rest of the model monochrome but darker, or put symbols and colours like my other goblin units? I think the armour is too bright/shiny so want to dull/darken that down to focus on the glowing area more.

My son does ‘wow’ words each day at school and yesterday’s was ineffable. I asked what it meant and he said ‘it’s too amazing, too overwhelming to describe’.
