Currently a CO in CDCR making 160k with overtime is it worth to go agent?

Is the work life balance any better? The pay? With overtime of course , i do minimal overtime , have 3 days off , has anyone gone from cdcr to agent here? Is the less stress alone worth it? New to this thank you!

I’ve been thinking lately about the state of MMORPG private servers, and while WoW has plenty of "Classic+" options, there is one absolute gem that I always think about when I crave nostalgia : Age of Conan. It launched with arguably the best starting experience in 2008 a combat system that was years ahead of its time, and graphics that look better than some modern titles in 2026. Is the Age of Conan engine too much of a hurdle for a private team?

What do you guys think? Do you think the community would be more interested in a "Progression" style server (starting from the original launch) or a straight "Classic+" version that adds brand new custom content immediately?

Here is mine so far :

- Integrated Dungeon Maps - Having actual, functional maps for every dungeon

-Native Dungeon Finder (not just an Addon) - not a teleport to dungeon just to find people, having it hard-coded into the client would feel much more "professional."

-HD Mod Support - A lot of us love the updated models and textures, but it’s a pain when the launcher detects them as "extra files" and tries to delete or overwrite them every time there’s an update.

please share your ideas and hopefully we can get this thread pinned!
