Breakfast

Reversed seared ribeye and a egg for breakfast on the performer, Got the temp up to 115ish and then over the heat for about a minute, I use the TempPro twin spike unit, and a bit of franks red hot wing sauce

Party ribs today

Had to fire up the little guy for some party ribs after i added the thermometer and my poor man’s vortex, I’d say it was a success, I did 6 on here and the rest on the performer, and those I sauced with a mixture of kinders bbq sauce and their wing sauce

Sundays cook for the week

I reversed seard the ribeye, then switched the basket for the vortex for the kettle fried chicken and country style ribs

Building. Car bag and edc. I keep the bigger bag in the car and if I just need minimal things, I grab the smaller bag and go

Vortex wings for lunch. 500 degrees and they only took 2 turns of the lid (30 mins) 😍 when they were done, I took them off and tossed em with the kinders buffalo wing sauce, smoked em with a cherry chunk

240th cookout, The WSM held temp between 220-260 for 5 hrs. When I hang the ribs, I set a timer for 4 hrs and don’t look at them until then just to make sure everything is going good, when they are done, I take them off and sauce them and put em back on for another 5-10 mins
