Thyroid check
Hi, do you think my thyroid is normal? Or a bit swollen. I feel a lump in my throat for a year and I don't know if it is acid reflux or thyroid issues. I will attached the photo below.

Acid Reflux/GERD/LPR
My GERD/LPR is almost 1 year next month. My throat is still in pain after I eat sweet, oily, and sour food. I don't know what to do I am trying my best to avoid it but when I encounter these foods I feel horrible. Aside from that sometimes my stomach feels hard like there's a gas waving downward. It is not happening everyday. It only happens whenever I eat chicken or pork. Is there anyone who could help me? I have been suffering for a long time. Please. 🙏
