Am I bad person for being tired of listening to constant doomerism and complaining

I always get emotionally and mentally drained listening to the thousandth "ThIs GeNeRaTiOn Is CoOkEd," or "We'Re LiViNg In A dYsTopIa," LIKE I FUCKING GET IT! I JUST WANNA LIVE, JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP!

But at the same time, I feel guilt for wanting to get away from it or just lashing out and telling people to shut up, I'm not saying I don't feel bad for them, I just don't know what fucking do to help. It's connected to my constant problem of feeling like a bad person for trying to fix my own mental health and try to be better

I'm not even trying to be an asshole, I'm just tired
