It tastes like that vacation in Mexico I had over 20 years ago. The juice itself is a bit thick and very strong. I diluted it with club soda, and it's so refreshing! I'm thinking it would also be wonderful with champagne or prosecco.

...and a little Mike's Hot Honey (not TJs) is such a delight!

I tried drizzling the honey over the pears, but it just slid off. Best directly on the burrata.

They're quite nice, although I think I prefer the golden kiwi. The color is lovely, but they look like angry eyes. 😁
