🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Customer Care Professional – US Banking Servicing
What You’ll Do:
Deliver Extraordinary Service: Support customers via phone across the Banking Servicing Network using a "Customer First" philosophy.
End-to-End Problem Solving: Handle inquiries on account maintenance, transactions, funds-related questions, and rewards redemption.
Navigate Systems: Multi-task across web-based applications and servicing platforms to provide seamless solutions.
Compliance & Excellence: Maintain high service standards while adhering to regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: At least college level.
Industry Experience: Banking, Financial Services, and Investment (BFSI) customer servicing experience is required.
Customer Service Track Record: At least 1½ years of customer service experience with a passion for loyalty.
CSAT/NPS Experience: At least 1½ years of CSAT/NPS experience (with recent relevant experience within the last 6 months).
Key Skills: Exceptional listening, communication, consultative relationship-building, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Status: Employed candidates preferred; open to unemployed candidates (ideally with a maximum of 6 months unemployment prior to start date).
