It’s some type spring load opposing jaws. Can’t find the name need something like this for a project.

Thoughts on this one? Why so many sales in the last 2 years?
Shopping around for an IS500 and came across this . 19 sales in a little over 2 years and I would say , over priced. Am I crazy for being a little concerned ? Going to at least go take a look at it as it is in my area.
