Bangladesh Parade 2026 in NYC

Some captures from the 2026 Bangladesh Parade that took place on Sunday, May 17, 2026 (NYC time) in Jackson Heights, Queens *(Reddit didn't allow me to post vids)*

Heard songs from our 1971 Liberation War, witnessed our true cultural representation and messages of unity. Felt so proud. Also caught a glimpse of our living legend, Chanchal Chowdhury and the sweet Richi Solaiman.

No matter how many US passports I get, no matter how awful things get back home, I'll always want to be born as a Bangladeshi in every universe. May Bangladesh be saved from religious bullshit and stupid politics. Long live! 🇧🇩

Hi All,

Not affiliated with them but sharing the link in case it helps some folks. The US Open needs seasonal workers (in Flushing, Queens): https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=4405031341&f_C=77709741&geoId=92000000&origin=COMPANY_PAGE_JOBS_CLUSTER_EXPANSION&originToLandingJobPostings=4402194151%2C4405031341%2C4390755081%2C4394710325%2C4395471541%2C4394740601%2C4394715284%2C4394736586%2C4394709348&trk=d_flagship3_company

Yes, I've heard folks saying that working at the US Open is pretty tiring since they have 12-hour shifts, but like I said, maybe some dollars will be a great help rather than zero dollars.

Good luck to anyone who applies!
