I have a vacant room in Hell's Kitchen for 06/01-06/30. It's located on cross-streets of 52nd St and 10Ave and is 2 blocks away from C, E (Central Park is 15min walk away!). The 3BD, 1BA unit is shared with a roommate working in finance, but the place is usually empty since she has a pretty busy schedule. Rent for the month would be 2,300 including utilities.
