Hiii, are there going to be videos from swatchers on the latest collection? I've looked but nothing seems to pop up? TIA

Hello, recently my mom got new crowns, the 6 front teeth including the canines. This happened about a month ago, she is still experiencing pain.

For context, the 6 teeth are one connected, they crowns are not separated. Aesthetically, they look good, but her gums are swollen and her bottom teeth hit the roof of her mouth when eating. She has been going back and forth to this dentist around 5 times after the initial procedure. I am at my wits end with hearing about how painful this is, and that it was a mistake, and whatnot. She recently went to her previous dentist, and he said that while they looked fine, he would have to take them down and put new ones back up to see if that helps. he thought maybe they were not fitted properly.

I just don't know what to do. do we demand her money back? is this the way its supposed to be and she just has to wait? this is obviously not a cheap procedure and my mom has been in such distress over this and eating soft foods because solid food hurt her.
