Last year I bought a 6 month gift card to watch all of the NFL season for $99 Canadian. I can't find it online anywhere anymore, is it gone? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it saves like $50.
Unique scenario and unsure what my mother is entitled to (if anything).
My mother has been ‘dating’ someone for nearly 15 years. She has lived at his house for the last 13 years and although they are not officially married, I assume they should be considered common law. With that said, they file different taxes and have not filed as being common law although they obviously are together and wear rings together, sleep in same bed, introduce themselves as a couple, etc.
My mother has not filed taxes for many years (I know not good) as they have not worked for like 5 years.
They have helped around the house and paid rent to him for some of the time (unsure amount and how long).
My mother has no money now and a decent amount of debt so are considering going bankrupt but I think they would be entitled to some of the house money.
They are breaking up now and the house is being sold. Is my Mother entitled to anything from the sale of house? Do they go bankrupt and get nothing?
