Has anyone used the recycling redemption program at the Sunnyvale SMaRT Station?

Let's say I have more than 100 cans that I want to redeem for the California CRV refund. From what I understand, the payout works like this:

-The first 50 containers of each material type are paid at the per-container rate.
-Any additional containers are paid by weight.

If that's correct, would I get a better return by redeeming only 50 cans at a time and then coming back another day to redeem the next 50?

Also, I know there are bottle and can redemption machines at some grocery stores (for example, Safeway). How do those compare with the SMaRT Station in terms of payout? Is one generally better than the other?

Hi folks - Will be staying at the Sheraton San Diego resort again for Comic-Con. In previous years, we roomed in the Marina tower. This year, we’ve been assigned the Lanai tower, which I read was recently renovated.

Has anyone had experienced staying in the renovated Lanai tower?

In the plaza on Wolfe and Old San Francisco (where UFC Sunnyvale and Bombay to Goa are), appears to be a storefront for Margaritas Taqueria. Is the taco truck located near Kaiser finally getting a brick and mortar??

Does a team like that even exist this season?

It’s become pretty clear (at least to me) that the center position is going to remain an issue for the Valkyries throughout the 2026 season. Stokes has had some solid moments, but there’s a noticeable drop-off behind Rupert.

Ironically, one team that comes to mind is Seattle. Once Awa Fam makes her debut, a healthy frontcourt rotation could include Malonga, Magbegor, Dolson, and Fam.

So who would be a realistic in-season trade target at center - or even another positional fit worth exploring?
