Exercise before/after yoga

Does anyone do any type of exercises before or after yoga? I have been experimenting for a couple weeks with doing cardio before vinyasa, with a 15 minute break and its been really difficult. I am still hoping I’ll be able to adjust, but I’m not really sure its a good idea. I am getting tired and a bit sloppy during yoga as the flows get difficult for me.

The classes at my gym align this way in the morning and I want to do both.

Mostly wondering the experiences of others and recommendations.

Close to Goal Weight - what happens?

I am curious about app behavior and any settings I should change when I do hit my goal.

I started using MacroFactor on Dec 15. Its been a very good experience for me, I have been on a long 23 month weight loss journey, but this final cut has been so much more consistent. Im actually cutting faster at the end with MF than I had prior.

I wanted to better understand the app behavior when I hit my scale weight goal. Will it keep me in the same deficit until I hit the weight trend goal?

Do I set a new program for maintenance or is that not necessary?

Any other tips?

I am down 33 pounds on MF and have 5 pounds in scale weight and 7.6 in trend weight to go.

Youtube instructors

Any recommendations for good spin classes on youtube or free online classes? I just have an occasional need for online classes.

I have been very happy with MF. I’ve made great progress. Ive been on a long term deficit (coming up in 2 years, but really needed MF to bring me to the finish line in July.

As I lose weight, hitting protein and even calories is going to get more difficult. I will decrease my goal rate soon to get some calories back.

However, my question is is there a way to estimate my future expenditure? Is it safe to assume my rate of expenditure drop over the last 90 days will continue for the next 90 days or will the rate change?
