I have decreased my dosage dramatically with compounded tirzepatide.

For the past month I have had EXTREME insomnia. I fall asleep fine, but keep waking up and can’t fall back asleep.

It started happening right around the time I started lowering my dosage, so I thought they were connected. My doctor doesn’t seem to think they are related.

I am 45 years old, so this could also be the beginning of perimenopause 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just miss my sleep 😴

I have pinned ghk-cu for 25 days straight. The first 24 days were fine, I considered myself lucky because I didn’t experience any pain or burning that I hear so much about.

Well today my injection site feels very ITCHY. Even my scalp is kind of hot and itchy.

I’m just confused why I was fine for almost a month , then this itchiness is getting me. I was wondering if I threw this vial out and reconstituted a new one if I might have better luck.

I read that you should throw a vial out after 28 days.

I really want this to work for me, I bought a kit, so I have multiple vials.

My bac water finally came in the mail today , I’m very eager to reconstitute my peptide.

Is it ok to reconstitute if bac water is hot?

Also, can anyone recommend an easy peptide tracker?

I’m a beginner and honestly there is a lot of conflicting information out there.

I just got my bac water in the mail today and want to know if I should store it in the fridge? It didn’t come refrigerated.
