I mod r/transmeme

I am not the head mod, nor do I have full permissions. There are 4 mods including myself but I am the only one active on Reddit and the sub. 2 have the inactive tag and the other is active outside of r/transmeme. The 2 of us that don't have "inactive" don't have full permissions. How do I become head mod and kick the other 3?

Edit: the other mod without the inactive tag is in fact active in the sub

I have seen some uptick in worry that this sub is getting deleted or archived. That is just not true.

We have 2 active mods and are doing our best to keep us up and running. Please let me know any concerns in the comments.

I see it's easy to just buy a cane online and seems easy enough to use. Do I need O&M to use it? (Legally and/or helpfully)

I am legally blind in my right eye but corrected my left eye is 20/20. I have depth perception issues, low peripheral vision, and severe light sensitivity. I was wondering if I would be allowed to get a cane.
