If you were right on top of retirement today, which ETF's would you choose to limit volatility and still make decent gains?

Greetings, I have a short-term lease in St. Augustine, and although it's a nice enough place, I'm finding it a bit too slow for my tastes. I'm looking for a place with lots of vibrancy, bars, restaurants, music venues, and a beachy vibe. I'm a drummer, so an active band scene is important to me. Has anyone here lived in both St. Augustine and Panama City? I want to be close to the beach, so I'm trying to compare areas like Anastasia Island vs. Panama City Beach or possibly even Destin. Thanks!

On another vote, I was also considering Panama City and Destin. Thanks!
