I got a 12 pack of these yesterday. I like Spylt in general for making iced protein coffee and tried that this morning and these are pretty good! They are pretty sweet but the maple isn’t overly artificial (less fake tasting than their banana!). These are 90 calories for 20 grams of protein like their other caffeinated protein drinks, and I’d buy them again.

Warmed up the wraps in a pan, I like them dried out a bit, less of an eggy spongy texture. I definitely could have cut the calories more but I love cocoa nibs in yogurt and I love my butterbeer cold foam! They were pretty good, and a change from my normal Built bar evening snack.

Believe it or not, she’s an indoor cat in Florida and she rocks these fluffy pants year round.
