Is this remotely okay?
Getting a cross buck fence installed, just checked out the progress and saw a ton of gaps in the cross sections and some shotty nail placement—I know a plank will be covering the cross sections, so they don’t have to be perfectly lined up just to inevitably get covered up, but is it as bad as it looks? Also a few of the cemented posts are crooked
First + second pic are from a slightly rounded corner of the fence, the other two are just what most of the cross section looks like
EDIT: I texted the owner and he’s furious, said it’ll be fixed today and that this is not how they do things. The original crew hasn’t shown up this morning yet lol

Concrete dimensions
Novice here. I live in the Midwest and am getting estimates on a concrete patio. One contractor reports depth of gravel base will be 3" compacted and concrete depth will be the depth of a 2x4, not a true 4". Concerned about the longevity of the patio. Shouldn't this be a true 4" ? Also is the gravel base thick enough?

I'm building a fence and want to build a removable fence panel. Just wanted any suggestions or ideas to make it durable as well as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
FWIW fence info:
-I live in the Midwest
-fence will be rectangular in shape 75' in total length that will encircle my back yard
-Ideally I want to place the removal panel in the middle of the fence
-the panel will be 6' - 8' wide.
-6' dog ear fence pickets pressure treated
-area has above average wind
-needs to be dog secure
-using 4x4 8' posts, but suspect I'll need 4x6 posts for the removal fence panel
