The penguin starts out with a bunch of other penguins and then goes out on its own. It comes across a house and swims in the bathtub. Eventually it returns home to the other penguins. It’s not any of the popular children’s books about penguins. I thought I’d be able to google it but I haven’t been able to find it.
Just picked this up for $20. Even in its condition, for that price it feels like a steal. Is it fake or did I get lucky?

I am meeting with another agency soon and was wondering how difficult it is to leave your current agency after your initial contract expires.
My contract with my agency expired this last January (it was a 3 year contract), but it says it auto-renews year by year after that.
Below that in the contract it says “Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may terminate this agreement at the end of the agreement term with no less than a 60 days' notice in writing to the other party prior to expiration of the date of this agreement.”
Since the original agreement has expired, should I be able to get out of this contract or will I have to wait until next January (or 60 days before)? I haven’t brought in any money for them in quite a while, so that isn’t an issue.
