Why do my favorites always leave
For one of my memory care groups, we recently got a new resident and to him I might as well be the devil. Screaming at me, throwing things, having to be removed… meanwhile later in the session I also have residents coming up to me and singing and holding my hand saying they were so happy I was there.
Group work is wild lol. Not looking forward to having to start this group with getting yelled at for the time being but the positive stuff helps

This dude buys an out-of-rotation set, where the most expensive non-enchanted card is $3.50 (and there are only 6 cards worth more than $1), for a game he doesn’t play and an IP he has never shown any interest in (I genuinely can’t remember him mentioning any Disney property or even playing a Disney game), so he can grift donos for $50 a pack.
Lorcana is pretty shitty for the collectors market apart from enchanteds (which even then a lot of the market is scalpers selling to each other hoping the price increases), especially if cards aren’t playable in the meta (which, being that it’s out of rotation and infinity is a fake format, none of the cards are) so Phil’s only chance to have even a modicum of return on his investment is to hope that he pulls one of the few enchanteds worth anything, which pull rates are roughly 1 per case (estimated, not guaranteed unless you live in Japan, but their boxes are entirely different in general), and only some of them are worth anything.

Tl;dr: Phil found a quick way to throw away $130 for a game that literally only 1 person who has watched him plays, and unfortunately that person thinks he’s an asshole. But it was very fun seeing him try to hype up $0.75 “hits”

Went to go charge after work today and I found that the vehicle said it was unable to charge. The app said that there was no power, but then transition to “starting to charge.” I reset the vehicle and drove to another charging station, but it still had the issue.
I looked in the charging port and there was some weird black debris on the points, so I cleaned that out, but no change. I called Tesla customer support and after 3 attempts to actually connect, I was able to chat with someone who essentially was going to tell me to kick rocks, but asked me to try it again.
As I was on the phone, the charging went from “starting to charge” to “charging stopped.” Then after a few minutes, the vehicle began to say that systems were powering down. I got out to unplug the charger so if the vehicle did power down, the plug wouldn’t be stuck. I got back and the guy asked me to try it again.
I tried it again and it just worked…
I drive a pretty significant amount for work, so I want to ensure that there isn’t a long term issue. Is this a sign of faulty or failing chargers, or was this just a weird software glitch that needed the cycle to fail before it reset?
