We build Listadum, an all-in-one toolkit for Etsy sellers. More than 10,000 sellers use it. We're two founders, three years in, fully bootstrapped, no investors, and we still answer all our support emails (read very small team).

We've grown on SEO and word of mouth and barely touched social, video, community, and events. We're hiring our first growth person to help us change that.

This is an entry-level role, and we mean that as the opportunity it is. We stay the face of the company (we record the videos, we host the webinars). You're the person who makes the whole content and community machine actually run, and who grows into owning it.

What you'd be doing:

• Researching what to make: the topics, trends, and questions our sellers actually care about.
• Turning what we create into a steady stream of content across our channels (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and testing new ones like TikTok and Reddit).
• Helping us build and run a community for our sellers.
• Keeping our live events running smoothly while we host.
• Over time, as you find your feet: newsletter, customer case studies, ad creative, and more.

Who we're after:

• Early in your career, hungry, and after a real shot at growing into running a big part of a business.
• You already live on these platforms. We should never have to explain what a Reel or a subreddit is.
• You've taken at least one thing of your own from zero to finished: a shop, a page, a side project, a community.
• You get things done without being chased. We're a tiny team and won't micromanage.
• Bonus: you run or have run an Etsy or online shop yourself.

We care about drive and how fast you learn, not your resume.

The details:

• Fully remote, open to people anywhere with a few hours of overlap with US Pacific time.
• Employee or contractor depending on where you're based. We'll figure out the right setup with you.
• Pay starts around $2,500 to $3,500/month depending on location and experience, and will climb as you take on and own more responsibilities`.

Saw this today on an order (see image) where the order has both the "Etsy Ads" AND "Share & Save" badge" simultaneously. I'm curious how it works in this case, probably not the first time either.

How can a single order be attributed to both "Share & Save" (someone clicking my link on Pinterest/Facebook/etc.) AND Etsy Ads at the same time?

Isn't that weird? I'm trying to understand which one actually drove the sale.
