We ( non profit 501c) are in need of a “volunteer” to play TAPS at the Fort Myers Cemetery on Michigan Ave Monday (Memorial/Decoration Day) May 25, 2026 at 10AM. We gather at the flagpole (there’s only one) and will do a showcase memorial at the headstone of Union drummer boy Christian Henry Funck.
We will be laying roses on the 23 Union veterans buried there as well.
Public is welcome !! News outlets will be attending.
