HRV and RHR FBA and Whoop and Oura

Posting because I have had some people ask, but last night wearing all three devices here are pictures showing my HRV and RHR. Whoop and Oura seem to align with my RHR being the lowest on the Oura Ring. FBA showed higher RHR and lower HRV.

Just for context, I do wear all the device on my right arm (non dominant arm).

I thought I would share the info. No device is 100% accurate but I would like to get as close as one can get without paying a ton. I am on a free whoop trail now which ends in a couple of days. Any thoughts on continuing?

Thanks for looking!

UPDATE- July 2 FBA vs Whoop vs Oura

So for context I posted FBA vs Whoop yesterday and readiness and sleep were pretty close. My Oura Ring didn’t track my sleep two nights ago I believe because of an update to iOS.

Last night all three tracked and I am currently traveling and drove 6 hours and stayed in a hotel on a pull out while my wife and kids have hotel beds.

FBA readiness 78
Whoop recovery 89
Oura readiness 80

Sleep time with FBA and Whoop about the same at 6.5 hours while Oura was at 6 hours and 8 min.

I don’t know if I feel like an 89 like with Whoop, but just waking up I can say I feel more like an 78-80 like FBA and Oura says.

Deep and REM sleep in FBA and Whoop with in 10 min of each other while Oura only accounted 45 min of deep sleep and over 2 hours of REM.

So today, driving another 3 hours, new hotel (2) this time, new bed ( no pullout) coach a baseball game and off to bed for another comparison tomorrow.

UPDATE from Last night FBA vs Whoop

Sleep and readiness score exactly the same on Fitbit Air and Whoop 5.0. Apple iPhone 16. I also wear Oura Ring 4 but sleep didn’t record last night, maybe due to an iOS update idk. I was hoping to check my ring but maybe tomorrow.

Edit Update-

Sleep stages somewhat close. Good enough I guess

Kind of Cool from Using my Fitbit Air

So I recently purchased the Fitbit Air to wear along side my Whoop 5.0 to see if my sleep tracking state were aligned and received this by email today. Not going to lie, I kind of like the summary. Thoughts. Btw I do have the iPhone 16.

Snowstorm ruined our Nashville trip—now stuck with 5 Johnny Cash Museum tickets

Not sure if this is allowed here, but figured I’d try.
Back in January, I had planned a weekend trip to Nashville for my wife’s birthday with our three kids. Then the whole “snowpocalypse” rolled in, so we canceled flights (luckily got refunded) and stayed local. The one thing I didn’t get a refund on was 5 tickets to the Johnny Cash Museum. From what I can tell, they don’t expire, which is great—but with all of our kids’ sports schedules, I don’t see us getting down there anytime soon.
Paid $32.87 per ticket, any advice would be greatly appreciated
