I have submitted 2 of the account recovery request forms with no reply from Microsoft. I posted a few days ago looking for a number, and no one was able to help. Is there any thing I can do or just consider the account lost (It's my MIL and I haven't been able to convince her to just make a new one). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
About 2 weeks ago my MIL iPad got updated and it kicked out her outlook password. What she has written down as the password will not work. She hasn't used her alt email address (charter.net) in forever and has no idea of the password there anymore. I have filled out and sent in the Microsoft Recover Request and have not heard a word back. I know how silly is request may sound, but is there any way to call to talk to a person or any other things I can do to help her get her account back? Thanks for any help, I would greatly appreciate it.
Followed the guide for bad storage, was a working BadAvatar before hand, goes through the normal steps I see the blue screen with the data, but its so fast i cannot read any of it, then it goes black and loads up the profile screen again with this as the bad avatar. Any ideas what I have wrong or what I need to do? I would be happy to provide any more information if needed. Thanks!

Bearly had any visiters this year. We were too slow to put the Sunflower seed container in the the lean-too. We usually get a mom and the cubs knocking on the back door.
