Hi, my family is originally from Wuhan. I have been in the states since I was 3. I have been seeing a therapist for two years and just switched to a Chinese therapist that told me that the gene NOS1AP has been linked to PPD and to people from Wuhan. Does anyone know anything about it?
This is the second time this has happened to me, where my PPD has gotten so out of control that I became convinced someone was either out to get me or making fun of me. Last month, I became so fixated on the belief that someone was laughing about me with his friends that I ended up cyberstalking him and his boyfriend. Looking back, I realize that I may have completely misinterpreted the situation and that it was all in my head. How can I learn to control these thoughts when they start happening?
