Currently applying ptm. Do I need to clean and replace the putty on these vrms?
I saw some people say that if they're decently covered you don't need to chave the thermal putty. Looking for advice. Thank you!

What putty/thermal pads should I get for vrms?
Howdy y'all! My temps on my 2021 g15 are getting high. I plan on redoing all the thermal paste and LM.
I am going to buy thermal grizzly phasesheet PTM to put on the CPU and GPU.
Looking at other posts on here, everyone replaces the putty on the VRMs around the motherboard. Some have said to do putty, some have said to use thermal pads.
What should I buy to put on the Vrms? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

These lads are growing outside my apartment. Are they toxic for animals? (United States/Tennessee)
