Does anyone recognize this lion logo or hallmark? I’m trying to figure out whether the watch case is gold-filled, gold-plated, or solid gold. I’ve attached a close-up of the logo

I recently acquired this Omega Genève and I'm trying to determine whether it's authentic and, if so, whether the major components are original to the watch.
The caseback is marked 162-90001, and the watch has what appears to be an Omega cal. 565 automatic movement. The case also appears to be 18K gold.
From what I've been able to find, the 162.90001 is an uncommon/rare solid-18K-gold Genève reference reportedly associated with the Italian market, which is part of why I'm having trouble finding good examples to compare it with. I've also found discussions of other examples where the case markings/hallmarks have been described as crude or somewhat sloppy, so I'm unsure how much weight I should put on the appearance of the stamps themselves.
I've had someone look at my photos and say the watch appears to be a knockoff, specifically because some of the markings/hallmarks look sloppy. I don't want to dismiss that criticism, but I also don't want to assume it's fake simply because the stamping isn't perfectly crisp.

I recently picked up a Movado watch and I’m trying to figure out if it’s authentic or not. The case has multiple reference numbers like 81 N2 1890 and 7110644, and I’ve also noticed markings behind the dial.

The movement itself doesn’t say Movado on it, but it does say “Swiss Parts” and mentions Thailand movement. Also has a stamp behind dial with the reference number

Everything looks pretty clean and well-made, but I’ve seen mixed opinions online about what Movado movements are supposed to look like.
Has anyone come across this before? Do Movado watches from certain eras use Swiss parts with Thailand assembly, or is that usually a red flag?
