Who are some host suggestions that seem like a missed obvious choice?

Who are some host suggestions that should have happened or seem like a missed obvious choice?

To me there a handful of amazing people within the NYC area or within the NBC brand that have never hosted. Like …For the love of god can Mariska Hargitay finally host? She’s been on an NBC prime time show for 27 years and was at the groundlings.

How do you know if you met “your person”?

I hear the phrase “my person” and “you just know” a lot when someone says they want to marry someone or have a life partnership. What is this feeling? Can anyone describe it?

I’m a 31F and had a variety of relationships with different types of people. For the most part I’ve only felt infatuation, lust, or general love for a person. There was only one that felt significantly more special than the others. However, I have a hard time figuring out what the “forever person” feeling is supposed to be like.

I guess I find it difficult to pin down as I have some cynicism. Do people actually like each other forever? Is the life partner or marriage thing more an element of religion/societal norms and even more so if you want to raise kids?

TL;DR: I cannot figure out what the “my person” feeling is supposed to be like.

Best Rye whiskey that is under $100

I’ve tried many whiskey brands and I’m partial to bullet rye, but I’m looking for a solid brand thats under $100 and accessible for most palates. Think dinner party offering where only some are true “whiskey drinkers”.

What food or drink was a next level experience?

You ever have a bite or food or a sip of a drink and it is next level? Like super good or an immediate memory is unlocked?

I did not have coffee for 3 weeks once, and the first sip after the fast was etherial.

Animals in past lives

Could animals or pets be part of your past lives? If so, were they animals or people?

I have heard many theories of them being people in the past, or that they have a different level of soul than a person. Im curious what reddit thinks.

Future degrees or no college at all?

With the way of the world these days, what are some degrees or sectors young people should look to study and go into? Will the general idea of college just be obsolete in a decade? I guess in turn will the general idea of school be obsolete in a decade?

Are we heading for an AI Dystopia?

It’s getting scary out there. Is there a potential outcome where we don’t head full speed toward an AI dystopia? It feels like we’re on a space race of sorts with a propped up stock market for tools most people don’t entirely want or use properly to begin with.

So many questions go through my head of can this be good or bad:

Could we have a positive overall outcome for humanity with better quality of life?

Could we have these DCs be environmentally friendly?

Are we just going back to a 1400s knowledge system with a modern twist? One where understanding data and AI infrastructure for our new AI gods controlling every aspect is akin to how priests were the only ones who could “talk to god” or understand the literature?
