I wear earplugs all the time on my 900, but its speed starts where the monkey basically stops.

Do you all still wear earplugs just boppin around town and neighborhoods 20-35? I didn't for my first ride, probably will anyway, but it was nice and a little more visceral as well as quick hello's and chats when u stop.. maybe some headphones would be alright. I usually ride in silence.

Can you lift the shifter say you are in 4th as a "clutch in"? Looking at a mini moto, but i have numbness issues i am working on with my throttle hand. I have cruise on my z900 so i can rest it plenty, and on older bikes i would hold the clutch in for 10 seconds or so.

I have read how the 4spd shifts and wonder if i could do this when cruising on a straight?

I am looking at the revzilla parts diagrams and comparing what i can compare. but not really sure how much they are alike under the surface if this is possible without spending past the limit of it being reasonable.

Monkeys used are non existent. groms are 3k anywhere used around me all day. I have a mini moto itch and I wanted a z125 to compliment my z900, but after sitting on one at the dealer a used 2017?19? it was miserable. I loved the monkey i sat on but its 5500ish OTD easily for a new one after fees.

I would love to scratch that mini moto itch and even considered a clone but 100lbs heavier is a turnoff.

At nearly 50 and 220lbs , comfort is my choice when im looking at bikes that are easy on my carpal tunnel and back issues.
