Basic Salary: Php 18,000

De Minimis (Transpo, Meal, Comms): Php 7,500

Commission (Training): Php 250 per case

Commission (After Training/Solo): Php 500 per case

HMO: Available after the 6-month probationary period

Okay ba itong package for a starter? Or lugi sa biyahe since malawak yung area of territory na handle ko?

Since it's my first time transitioning from clinical nursing to the corporate/supplier side, I'm not sure what the "fair" salary range is for this role. Does anyone have an idea kung magkano usually ang basic salary for RNs in this field?

Also, for those na nasa medical device industry, okay ba ang structure ng commission/incentives or should I negotiate for a higher base pay?

Gusto ko lang sana ma-ensure na okay yung offer before I commit. Any tips or red flags to watch out for? Salamat sa sasagot!
