Our mandap fell down!!
How common is it for a full large structural mandap to fall down right before the pheras? The wedding was in Phuket 2 days ago! Still reeling in from the disaster that could have been.

I just started combination feeding after exclusively breast feeding my LO who is now 21 weeks old. I am a little confused about the right way to make formula.
I am giving her aptamil gold, stage 1.
I prepare about 2 LT of boiled water (boiled for 15 mins) every morning and put it in a vessel for it to cool down. Whenever I want to make formula, I use water at 55 degrees from a portable kettle to mix it and just warm it enough for it to be comfortable for her.
I read how it’s supposed to be made at 70 degrees to avoid bacterial infection so now I’m confused!!
What is the right way and what is everyone doing?
Hey mums! I have been dealing with excruciatingly painful vasospasms post feed. The pain radiates through my right breast and I end up sobbing for upto an hour post feed. It happens even if I feed only for a minute or pump. I absolutely am dreading feeding, I am not able to get through my days, I am constantly in shooting pain and I feel like I’m slipping into depression.
I want to take cabergoline and stop feeding cold turkey. For moms who have taken it with an established milk supply ( I am 20 weeks post partum), how was your experience? Did it leave you with mastitis? How long did you take to recover from it?
I have my sisters wedding on 25th June for which I have to travel internationally- something i absolutely cannot miss.
My LC is telling me to wait the vasospasms for a week. I am already a week into it with no sign of improvement. If I take cabergoline two weeks later, will I be able to travel without complications and needing medication internationally?
I am so so scared and apprehensive and anxious after this entire episode.
Also obviously very scared and guilty that my LO will miss the boob. She is already not liking formula :(
I used to pump once a night apart from EBF through the day when my baby would sleep for the 6 hour stretch. I was trying to make a stash and stay ahead of her needs. A few nights I was very tired and dropped the pump cold turkey - which was a bad decision as I got engorged.
I just want to stop that pump session and sleep for longer. How do I manage it ? How do I stop it without getting engorged again? Baby is 20 weeks.
