Jeg (K35) er blevet henvist af egen læge til udredning for ADHD hos psykiater.
Kan nogen herinde anbefale en god psykiater (gerne med relativt kort ventetid - hahahaaha) i Jylland (bor i Silkeborg), som er omfattet af overenskomsten med den offentlige sygeforsikring? ❤️
I need to feel not alone in this topic!
I got divorced this January and my boys (5 and 12) are at their dad's every Tuesday-Wednesday and then every other weekend Friday-Sunday afternoon.
When I hear or see other people talk about their kids being away to the other parent they usually talk about it with enourmous amounts of grief and sadness about missing the kids so much.
And while i DO miss my kids when they're not with me (miss their hugs, their laughs and to go on adventures with them) I do not feel like I miss them as much as I should? I don't feel sad or lack the ability to enjoy myself and the freedom it brings.
It does however make me feel like a bad mom!
WHY don't I feel sad, when they're away? Is it the ADHD "out of sight, out of mind" kicking in? Is it because I know they're safe, loved and cared for at their dad's?
Are any of you guys like this too?

I just did a workout and the app wouldn’t sync to Strava. Then I tried to reinstall the app, but now the log-in is not working.
Is anyone else having thede problems as well?
