Ordered a couple of items from Europe in September, shipped to the USA and delivered without issue.

Today, 7 months later, I get a text from FedEx saying I owe $18.30 taxes and duty. First I've heard of it. It came from the same number as my other tracking updates and 'seems legit' but wow... Do I actuallyhave to pay this?

Got a new M12 stapler and tried it with several different staple sizes and brands. Fully charged battery. It seems to fire two staples most of the time, sometimes they both go in, sometimes one does and sometimes neither do.

I can either send it in to Milwaukee for repair or return it for a refund and get a different brand. I haven't had much luck with cheaper power staplers so really hoped this one would be amazing.

Did I likely get a dud or are these staplers notorious for being flaky?

Versapro 4 ton air handler, replacing a 4 ton lennox unit.

edit: I've installed the 10kw heat kit, and from what I can tell it seems I need an entirely separate power circuit for the heat kit vs. the air handler?

my old unit had just the one power supply for both.

is there any way to power he heat kit and air handler from a single supply if the supply is large enough? it's 230v on a 60A breaker.

if not, I can just remove the heat kit and use the existing supply to power the air handler, right?

I have to make this work within the space I have.

Air handler outlet is 22" x 10". (4 ton unit).

It has to make an immediate 90 through the wall into the attic. The opening in the wall is 27" wide and 19" tall - it can be extended downward for more height but not up.

About 3 foot inside the attic and 3 foot below this opening is a ductboard plenum with a 20" round flex collar.

The previous system just had a ductboard triangle wedge and flex stuffed through the wall.

Whatever I use has to be insulated.

What'd be the best design given these constraints? I have ductboard and tools or can get sheet metal fabled if needed.

edit - the white thing in the wall hole is just temporary Styrofoam to block the hole.
