Which authentic Vietnamese dishes would be good for freezing?
I mean so that they preserve taste and texture to be pleasant to consume after having been frozen in a freezer and then reheated in microwave (or you can suggest another method).

By authentic I mean traditional and not American-Chinese/Chinese takeout type of dishes.

When a Purolator agent is dropping off a package for me, am I able to ask them at the same time to pick up a pre-paid and labeled package?
So I know that on the Purolator website a free package pick up can be ordered. But I am wondering if without booking this, even on the same day as a package is to arrive to me, can I just hand off a package to a Purolator agent.
Maybe it is the same process and does not mean much more work for them.
