48 VO2max

48 VO2max

Hi,

I am an average fitness guy. I only run or do some exercises, but in the last 3 months I have been running consistently and I have achieved 48.1 VO2max today.

I want to know how accurate is this reading from Apple Watch. How good is this number? How can I improve it as well. By the way I am 29yrs old.

My first mechanical watch - Tissot Seastar 2000

I bought my first mechanical watch today and I got this Tissot Seastar 2000 for 470€. Do you guys think its a steal deal or any similar watches in this price range? I am a beginner watch collector and my friend suggested that this was a best deal.
I would like to know your thoughts.

Strava and Apple Watch Sync

I just completed my first half marathon and I recorded it in my apple watch 10. Strava lets you sync the run and you can see the data in the app recorded. But, why does strava doesn’t recognise it as half marathon. It just says this is your longest run and other details of the run. This is so annoying. Is there a workaround or its just shitty strava developers feature?
