White Tea and Meadowsweet

White Tea came today and after a “solo” brew, I decided to do what I love and blend it with herbs. Added some Meadowsweet herbs to it for some peaceful feelings.

Meditation Help with Wondering Eyes

I avoid meditation due to simply not knowing where to keep my eyes for visualization. They are closed but I’ve read conflicting answers on eye positioning. Not trying to fall asleep so I assume up maybe?

Hooded Pitcher Plant and Resilience

I’m always inspired by the Druids and the search for knowledge within nature. Found this in the wild today, Hooded Pitcher Plant(carnivorous). It grows in boggy acidic soil and can symbolize resilience and its carnivorous nature can symbolize balance as it provides balance in an ecosystem. Those white markings lure insects. I love nature as a way of connecting to divine forces, and the Goddesses that play a role in my life.

The Newest Addition to My Altar

Up until now I’ve had various items around the Altar that represented Goddess Arianrhod, now I officially have her Statue which I acquired yesterday. It’s huge, heavy, and she approves!

Tea Witchery and Drinking Tea

Anyone find themselves drinking tea a lot as a pagan/witch? I’m into tea magic and it goes perfect with my tea/herb addiction. Sometimes I’ve focused intentions and done energy work over the herbs first and sometimes I just let them work their natural medical magic.

Usually work in threes and my favorite combo is Rose, Lavender, and Chrysanthemum, however I’ll replace lavender with any variation of the tea leaf when the caffeine is needed.

Owls mean a lot to me spiritually and are tied to Goddess Arianrhod among others as well. This was an opportunity today to capture one on camera and it’s the 2nd time I’ve found this owl sun bathing at a local park. Using a 300mm lens to get close.
They do it to air out feathers among a few other reasons.

Moments like this I consider a gift from the Goddess.

I got ahold of some Osmanthus today so after a solo test I blended it with Oolong and Rose.

Slight citrus tasting and floral obviously, but I ended up enjoying it.
