There have been a few times, here and in other groups, that I have written thoughtful and lengthy chart interpretations for someone…..only to get no response 🦗🦗🦗
Even if I was completely off base, isn’t it kind to just acknowledge someone’s effort and say “Thanks”?
I’m new here and noticing that many of you use the Whole House System for chart interpretation, even when the chart posted is drawn differently. Just curious to know anyone’s thoughts on the benefits using this system. When I apply it to mine or my daughter’s charts, it changes the placements in a way that makes no sense.

A question for Body Pump instructors who are also now teaching HEAVY: was it easy to learn the new format and do you enjoy teaching HEAVY? I love teaching Pump but not sure I have the bandwidth to add HEAVY to my lexicon. Just curious about others’ experiences. TIA!
