ITS SO HARD! BETTER DAYS WHERE ARE YOU?

It's been two months. I'm still here, unable to sleep or eat, trying my best just to survive each day—while you are happy with him, having dates and sleeping with no trouble at all. Man! It's so hard to be dumped by someone you spent 11 years of your life with. My heart is shattered, I'm mentally unstable, dealing with an empty bank account, debts, and broken dreams. Basically, my everything is gone. When the woman you love the most leaves and chooses to hurt you in the most cruel way, it cuts deep

How????

Guys, how do you fight your demons after finding out the truth from your ex-girlfriend of 11 years? Only a week after I discovered her cheating, she went to his house and spent the night with him—on exactly what would have been our monthsary date.

When I asked her, 'Why that date?' she just laughed in my face and said, 'Why does it matter? We’re broken up.' The following week, she spent the entire Holy Week with this third party. It’s only been 2 weeks since the breakup.

She told me she used cheating as an 'escape' from our relationship. She said she’s proud of her new boyfriend and would do it all over again. It feels like my soul has left my body—like our 11 years meant nothing and the '3-month rule' doesn't even exist to her. She never apologized; she just laughed, full of pride. How the do you survive this? Has anyone else experienced this?"
