Union which stands with employees than management,
good worklife balance, leased accommodation and good
perks and allowances other than salary. Already working

My many bankers are not willing to work in credit department. Many banks are not having quality interested officers in the department . What's the reason for that and how to get into it from po with few years worm experience.

Hey hi I have got few credit cards and credit lines pay later when I was in graduation only . I have cibil score of 770 , every month I'll pay the due on time without any single late payments . My credit report have zero defaults , zero late or delayed payments , zero settlements. So after selection into sbi po or ibps po does banks just check cibil score , late payments settlements defaults only or also checks how got those credit cards , on what basis you got all this ?
