I used to be able to play games perfectly fine, Arma Reforger on High at steady 60-90 frames, maybe higher and one day it just slowed down, now i run Arma on the lowest possible settings at about 20fps with no mods, i only play games in highest fan settings and full speed on my cooling pad, other games like Beam.NG would also run steady 90-140 frames on Very High, now on lowest runs 10-20 fps, i dont know much about computers, and i need help. (please)
