We’re staying at the Beach Club next week, I know there is a sand bottom pool. My kids (4 & 7) love playing in the sand.
Does anyone know if there are usually left over buckets/shovels? I really don’t want to pack more things!

Hello friends, I’ve been taking Latuda for the past year for BP 1. I originally was taking 20 mg and felt the positive effects in about 5 days. I felt calm, happy, totally normal, no side effects. Then a couple months ago I felt a little too “up” so I increased to 30 mg.
Then two weeks ago it completely stopped working. I have racing thoughts, anxiety, terrible insomnia, depressed mood. So 10 days ago I increased to 60 mg, I’m still only sleeping a couple hours each night.
How quickly should I see improvements with a dose increase?
I’m also taking 150 mg Lamictal and 100 mg Trazodone for sleep
