The mdcat process is quite confusing for me in forms of the provinces and locations.

My question is, if I want apply to AKU then which provinces MDCAT should I be giving? (Federal- SZABMU, Sindh, Punjab- UHS)

And what happens if I give my MDCAT in Riyadh (international test centre) then how can I apply to my chosen public universities ?

And can I use one of my parents domicile ?

I have lots of question, please read through them they may seem a lot but they are quite identical to each other!!

Please note Im asking on behalf of a lot of people/friends who don't have reddit, hence these many questions, Even if you know only 1 question please answer it, it can be of loads of help!

lil note: they would be applying as international (therefore some of these questions may sound silly or odd to you, but its confusing for them) :)

I wont beat around the bush and come straight to the questions!

AKU QUESTIONS:

1. Please share YouTube channels I can follow through for Chem, Physics and Biology. - YouTube channels that are aligned with AKU Test content
2. Any AKU test practise resources out there? Where can I find past papers or past mcps to practice from ?
3. Where can I find AKU preparation notes and stuff?
4. I have come across PreMed.pk & MedQuack & PrepDummy - anyone knows which one is better and more closer to the actual AKU test or if any other please let us know :)
5. Please share any advice you have for the negative marking on the science section of the test, I heard it can be brutal - I’m quite scared about that lol, so anything to practice for that.
6. Any AKU test related or general aku related information that you will like to share please do!
7. Any advice if my maths and chemistry is weak, how should I work on it? Please any advice
8. Please share high yielding topics for aku if you know 
9. Which provinces MDCAT does the aku follow?
10. Any Guide I can use for the AKU test? - something I can use whenever I’m stuck while practicing questions.
11. Need any kind of guidance for AKU test prep, ANY TYPE you have!!  Anything about paper pattern, strategy, time management or anything else!
12. Any resource in which I can strengthen my foundations with?
13. I heard that if you prepare for the aku test then you don’t have to prepare for the MDCAT, is that true?

MDCAT QUESTIONS:

1. What’s the expected MDCAT date? If it happens to be 6 days or 15 days after Fsc exams, then when are Fsc’s usually held? So we can have a general timeline in mind
2. As an International Student what is the process of IBCC equivalence for MDCAT? Can it be done online ?
3. By when should we have the IBCC equivalence max?
4. Do we need IBBC equivalence and Attestation, both?
5. Which provinces book do we follow to prepare for MDCAT? Sindh or Punjabs or Fedrals? 
6. Any pdf available of the books? Because the books are quite hard to find internationally
7. Please guide us YouTube Channels that we can use to learn from, something that aligns with your boards/mdcats outline (what I mean is, everything differs about boards so I don’t know which one to follow and what its like, so I can’t figure out if the YouTube channel is teaching in the “right way” I hope you understand what I mean :))
8. Any one has any tips or advices on how to work on chemistry and maths fast without a calculator? 
9. Any online courses or books for MDCAT prep?
10. Can anyone clarify domicile vs mdcat - As in do we have to give the mdcat of the region where the university is based? what if we are applying to 2 diff universities both in different regions (like sindh and punjab) then what?
11. And is there any specific difference in mdcat content/test depending on region?
