Potion Ingredients act Like mini potions.

So when you eat a spider eye it gives you poison 1 for 5 seconds.

I would love if all potion ingredients worked like this. For example sugar would give you 5 seconds of Speed 1, or a Blaze Powder could give you strength 1 for 5 seconds.

Just seems weird that it works for one but not much else.

Additional: to make sure the 5 seconds if actually helpful potion ingredients should have a faster animation for eating, kinda like dried kelp.

(Phantom membranes would be pretty helpful in terms of falling and saving yourself)

A way to Create Unique armor/ tools using curses.

I want there to be more curses in that game. It's kinda really dumb there isn't more. However I want the curses to act more like Modifiers. Like "Curse of Fear" and that would make you not be able to walk towards hostile mobs, or "Curse of Slipping" makes all surfaces slippery (but Ice now acts like normal blocks).

Or they could work like permanent negative potions like "Curse of Slowness 1 - 4". They would be awsome for making cool random gear that feels unique.

Finally it would be fun if you could get say protection 5, However whenever you pass the "max" enchant strength (incase of protection level 4) you would get a coralting Curse to balance the surplus. So if you have protection 5 on a chest plate, you'd also have "Curse of Slowness".

(Another Example: Depth Strider 3 to Depth Strider 4 would add a Curse, maybe "Curse of Breathlessness" could be anything. I just like the Idea that its something that balances out the new better Enchant)

Oh and you should only be able to have one "upgraded" enchant per piece of gear to maintain uniqueness. Everyone will favor specific enchants and can only upgrade the one.

First Proper Wall Up

Made with Deepslate, Calcite, Diorite, and Dark Oak

7 thick, and does have three walkable floors

It's going to be surrounding a Tower with a bunch of the custom birch trees as seen in the picture.

"Stonecutter Memory"

This would make it so whenever you use a stone cutter it will remember the last thing you cut and if you put in the same material it will auto select the same outcome instead of always starting on like the chiseled option or whatever it normally is.

Example: Deepslate to Deepslate Tiles, then when you put more deepslate in it will already be Deepslate tiles.

This would save so much time when having to convert alot of blocks.

My 64 furnace Super Smelter

Powered using Bamboo Slabs (Better on Bedrock), using a ravager powered bamboo farm below with the purple shoot on the left bringing it to the array.

And to be extra fancy another purple tube on the right is showing the output go up as well :D.

Whenever the bamboo slabs are full the system switches to just putting away the bamboo blocks for future wood needs.

(The other 32 furnaces are on the opposite side, unseen)

Doubled My Deepslate Mine, Now have a beacon.

Progress update:

200 x 7 x 100 Area mined

2nd Picture is in spectator mode on a copy world

3rd Picture is all the ores from the mine (minus the 8 stone diamond ore)

My Diamond/ Deepslate Mine, no beacon yet

This mine is 100 x 7 x 100 and I plan on slowly making this a 2001 × 7 × 2001 since that will be 1000 blocks from 0 in all directions.

The process: I clear this area in 25 × 7 x 25 chunks, then I take all the ores and change the entire surface to deepslate since I'm a perfectionist. Lastly I just put a Jack o' lantern every 7 blocks.

2nd picture shows all the ores obtained from this 100 x 7 x 100 chunk.

My Odd Bamboo Farm

Built a ravager based bamboo farm, it works oddly well, however the ravager doesn't reach all bamboo. Oh well tho since it works. (The items are sent multiple floors up using the dropper and items going through the floor glitch)

The area around the farm is flooded, not inside.

The Moment "Sad Music" starts I lose any empathy

In media there are times a character, or commercial starts talking about a sad moment, when that happens the ow so normal to hear "Sad Music" plays.

It takes me out of my head and I can only feel annoyed instead. Even in documentaries where its real, that Sad music just feels like a guilt trip even if the actual person/ thing happening is actually sad I just can't.

I normally just mute it then put on subtitles if it lasts long enough.

▲ 105 r/Minecraft

I play Minecraft to much, but I'm also bored of its stakes.

I suck at staying alive in minecraft, yes in theory its easy. I play alot, like the same amount a hermitcraft player does except I'm not paid for it.

(I would die less if I used totems, but man putting banners on shields was the worst idea in the game for people like me who only care about cosmetics)

So thats two problems, I play to much & bored of stakes in survival (hard). So I should play hardcore to increase stakes? No, I suck at the game so I could never make it far enough for the time played to be meaningful.

So instead, to fix both problems (to a degree), I'm just gonna play like normal but instead when I die I'll go do a random chore around my house.

I am mostly saying this on this subreddit to somewhat force myself to uphold this idea since others knowing about it always makes this kinda dumb thing easier to do.

Edit: Changing what I'm gonna do since the comments have good ideas.

On Death: Roll for 2 Game Modifiers and/or Game Tasks (they stay active till next death), do a random chore in the house, and do a one minute plank.

Game Modifiers example: No elytra, no nether travel, only use cookies as food, use Iron or below armor, etc.

Game Tasks example: Collect shulker of X, make a small house for the village, etc.

Having a Pet is an automatic Red Flag

Most instances of people I know with pets, especially if its 2 or more, are far to emotionally dependant and actively feel like they are a burden whenever they are in an emotionally stressful situation.

Basically they are most of the time way to locked into emotions and seemingly disregard logic more often then people without pets.

They also tend to (not always) be more controlling. Which is ironic because they are normally shit at controlling said pets (example: Dogs at any public swimming area)

(mostly talking about the 2 or more people here tbh)

People with like 5 or more. What the fuck, stop it, get some help. (with offense)

This also tends to happen with people who have more than 3 kids.

Floor Light that follows you (Easy)

To achieve this effect just do a layer of blocks, then pressure plates, after that is Redstone lamps, lastly glass.

For the magic you just throw an Ally with an item you gave them :D
