looking for airbrushing tips, witch aelfs

Hei,

I am currently kitbashing some Witch Aelfs into Drukhari Wyches.

I was wondering how I could effectivly get a smooth and shaded skin? Anyone has a good airbrush workflow? Goal is a very pale look, but not undead.

I was considering:

-> white priming the head and hair, not attaching it to the body (or maybe using blu tac)

-> black priming the body, or better a grey?

-> Tamiya flat white for a zenithal, rather stgrong

-> maybe a light violett from below?

-> pallid wych flesh via the airbrush over the models

-> shading carefully with druchi violett

-> eyes and mouth with peynes grey oil wash

Would this work? Any better ideas?

Finnst det eit miljø i området?

takk 🙏

Kabalite Cartel and precision in 11th

So precision means now that the weakest save results are allocated by the attacker?

in KC basicly the whole army gets precision against the contract target with crits on 5+. I guess people will have to hide their characters as much as possible. The Disintergrator Ravager will overkill most characters easily?

Easy first three paintokens if not! Or still stupid to choose a character as contract target due to the missing sustained for the rest of the turn?

Hei,

I am a big fan of the "Skari boat". Archon with gun kabalites in a venom. Tossing a granade for free and combine it with making a point in KC.

Using two stratagems won't be allowed in 11th. What really bothers me is the new overwatch rule. I know that we don't have the full rule picture right now, but getting hit by a torrent weapon overwatch (worst case heavy flamer overwatch with 18 inch range ) sounds pretty scary for that tiny unit.

At this point I am really jealous of the battle focus from the craftworlders, granting them anti overwatch. I am planning to travel to Germany in summer and play some incursion games mainly against imperial guard.

Maybe it's time to delve into RW (if it stays), or SSA? Especially SSA looks promising with plenty of cheap wych units and the immune to overwatch (NMS; without using a stratagem) Skari boat team.

Am I overthinking this? Anyone with thoughts on the new rule snippets already?
