Any tips ?

Every morning I come into work start at 8am nobody says Goodmorning everyone is misrable , besides the workplace is a big clique different groups different agendas. I have tried to be nice to people and respect others but they don’t show me the same, I talk to a few of my co workers who I like and get on with but the big majority of them are bullies and condescending assholes. How do I not let these people affect me and get me bothered ?
