Aspiring PC buyer here. Need help with decisions

I saw the Valve hardware announcement and I plan on getting the steam frame and the controller but I want to get a separate PC because the steam machine looks too weak to me. I am kind of a dunce when it comes to computers so I need help deciding what to buy. I would like a prebuilt if it has the features I want but if that is not available then I would like a build recommendation. Here is what I want:
1: Small form factor
2: Able to be played on the tv; I don’t have a good monitor but my tv is pretty good
3: Less than $2,000
4: I currently have a psvr2 and plan to use it with the pc adapter until the steam frame comes out so I need it to be compatible with them
5: I have heard a lot of bad things about Windows and I am interested in trying other operating systems that I’ve heard about like Bazzite, etc. so I want it to be able to run those OS as well
6: Powerful enough to run these games stably: Bonelab(with mods), Stalker Gamma, Contractors(with mods), Into the Radius 2, Blade and Sorcery(with mods), minecraft(with mods), Hitman world of assassination vr, Voxel Project VR, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
